Cardiovascular exercise has multiple benefits across various bodily symptoms. It completes any workout routine and promotes health in numerous ways. Benefits include:

Cutaneous (Skin) – Increases circulation, promotes healthier skin, increases skin’s hydration

Pancreas – Improves blood sugar control, reduces risk for developing type-2 diabetes, helps to manage type-1 diabetes

Musculoskeletal – Can promote increase in healthy bone density, increases oxygen supply allowing muscles to work more efficiently, increasing general strength and muscular capacity – making every-day tasks easier to manage, improves arthritis management and can both maintain or improve joint rang of motion

Brain – Increases healthy blood flow helping to reduce risk of stroke, improves memory, combats decline in brain function, boosts mood and helps to decrease risk of depression, decreases anxiety and stress, improves sleep cycles, releases endorphins to help stabilize energy levels all day long

Lungs – Can increase VO2 Max and lung capacity, reduces fatigue and shortness of breath for those with chronic lung issues

Immunity – Improves strength and function of immune system via increase of immunoglobulins. The common decrease of cortisol levels also plays a role in the promotion of the immune function within the body.
