Kinetix Stretch Lab

Our interventions are designed to provide you with a relaxing, and pain-free experience -all while improving flexibility, mobility, and overall physical health. "Stretches" will consist of a series of flexibility movements, passive and active, that target various muscle groups in the body. Scientifically-based assisted stretches such as PNF and ART are not only performed, but explained and taught. Goals are always individually based, but include improvement in your daily activities, decrease in pain, increase in mobility, as well as those unique to YOU.

Benefits of Flexibility Training, aka "stretching":

  • Decreasing pain: Regular stretching sessions will help reduce pain in muscles and  joints, resulting in increased comfort and ease of movement.

  • Improved flexibility: Experience increased range of motion and mobility as muscles become more pliable and responsive.

  • Better posture: Improved flexibility and mobility will lead to better posture and balance, helping to reduce pain and prevent future injuries.

  • Enhanced performance: With improved flexibility, you will be able to engage in activities you may not have been able to before, leading to an enhanced quality of life.

Other Services offered include cupping/IASTM, joint mobilization, home exercise programming

In the meantime... some facts:

  • there is an average10% decrease of general muscular flexibility every 10 years from 20 to 49, and it can be drastic rather than a slow roll

  • stretching addresses issues in the body on multiple platforms: neuromuscular and within connective tissues (think fascia)

  • incorporating flexibility movements into your daily routine can improve the longevity of your BRAIN not just the vitality of your muscles
