My affinity for coffee started before I even knew what the stuff was. First job at 15: coffee shop. Made it my goal to someday be able to spread the joy of coffee. Over the years I've learned there are not only endless bean varieties, roasting methods/levels, how the soil makes a difference, the cleaning, the flavoring, but also appropriate times to grind and sip from roast. It's a whole big coffee bean world out there and I'm just so lucky I can share my caffeine adventures with you. Stay tuned for more - we're just getting started!
