Precautions (Yellow Light - Maybe)

• Severe anemia

• Cardiac arrythmia(s) or cardiac disease

• Chronic bronchitis

• Morbid obesity or oppositely extreme underweight

• Intrauterine growth restriction

• Poorly controlled hypertension

• Poorly controlled seizure disorder

• Orthopedic limitations

 

Contraindications (Red Light - NO)

• Restrictive lung disease

• Excessive or uncontrolled bleeding

• Incompetent cervix

• Preeclampsia

• Placenta previa post 26 weeks (unless approved otherwise by doctor)

• Ruptured membranes
